Sony Vaio S Series Laptop
The chocolates brownish shade with the shiny finish will create you either check out your expression and/or create you flinch in exasperation. Open the lid of the Sony Vaio S, and you now see a different colour of brownish, almost surrounding on Golden!
Not amazingly, the Vaio doesn’t feel as quick as you’d think – Sony preloads it with a lot of crap-ware, mostly its own programs. Even when using windows like you would on a day-to-day base, it seems slowly.
The 13.3-inch display (WXGA++ 1600×900 pixels) is an overall pleasure – flat finish is a welcome change from the indicative ones we’ve seen on netbooks. The lighting is amazing, but could have done with a bit more level to the dark-colored levels.
Battery life became a huge disappointment. We examined battery life with the on-board Graphics and it ran out completely in 1hour and 26 minutes.
The Vaio S-series (VPCSA35GG/T) has a variety of good efficiency and build plus a very sleek form aspect – everything seems right for it, possibly. However, the low power supply and high price could be an issue for some buyers.
